17th Nov 2009 I will be taking part in a small collaborative exhibition/selling event at Garry Olson Gallery in Wilmslow.
Other featured artists will be; Garry Olson, Jane Mitchell, Kylie Yeung and Sylvia Glover. It will be held on
Sat 5th (10 - 6pm) and Sun 6th (11 - 5pm) December, all welcome.

17th Nov 2009 My porcelain 'flock of butterflies' installation can be seen at Gallery Oldham this Dec until April.
It is being displayed alongside the galleries collection of stuffed animals as part of their endangered species
exhibition. The exhibition starts on Sunday 13th December, check out their website for more details.

17th Nov 2009 The GNCCF was a great event again this year with record number of visitors thanks to the more accesible venue
of Spinningfields. I met some great people, received lots of interest in my work and made some valuable contacts.
24th Sept 2009 I will be taking part in the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair again this year. Which has an exciting new
venue of Spinningfields in Manchester City Centre. Show dates are Thursday 22nd - Sun 25th Oct.

24th Sept 2009 Bankley Studios are holding their annual open studios event the weekend of 2nd - 4th Oct. Over 30 artists studio
spaces will be open to the public as well as an exhibition of paintings by Laura Tester and Alan Freeman in the Gallery.

24th Sept 2009 I took part in Earth and Fire at Rufford this summer. It was a fantastic event, the sun shone all weekend
which is a good thing as it is an outdoor event. I was terriefied when I first arrived though as there were so many
well known, established and talented potters there, I felt very much out of my depth. But once I settled into the
swing of things and when I realised the other potters didn't bite, I had a great time and even did some selling!

18th Nov 2008 The Contemporary Craft Fair was fantastic, it was a great experience. I meet lots of lovely people and made some great
contacts. I was also given an award for 'best northern maker' which was a great honour. As part of the award my work
will be published in 'Concept for Living' magazine in the new year.
